Since the opening of Flock Food Truck Park & Bar in 2022, our vision was to bring our own food truck to the park. 
We opened Byrdies this spring to offer a fun, interactive build-your-own style menu at Flock. 

Create-your-own salad, loaded fries, or wraps with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from small area farms, like organic greens from Theodora Farms. We have created a menu that we think complements the rotating food trucks at Flock, so we always have something delicious to offer our diners.
